The floating house is built on a pontoon and can be easily reached via a jetty. The two bedrooms are located directly above the water, so you can let the gentle swaying of the house rock you to sleep in the wind and look out over the glittering waves first thing in the morning. The comfortable shower room is also on this floor, as is a 30 m² wrap-around terrace where you can always find a nice spot right by the water. A staircase leads to the light-flooded living area with modern kitchenette on the upper floor. This floor has a loft-like design without walls and is particularly bright and inviting thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. From here, too, the view naturally falls on the water all around. There is of course a terrace here too. It is located in front of the living room and is equipped with high-quality garden furniture for a relaxed breakfast in the fresh air. The magnificent sun deck sits enthroned above everything on the roof, from where you can particularly enjoy the hustle and bustle of the passing sailing boats on the water.
