Our beautiful vacation apartment is 50 sqm. You can reach the self-contained accommodation unit via a large staircase. The apartment consists of living room with dining area, bedroom, large kitchen, bathroom and small hallway. Taking into account current safety standards, the apartment is equipped with fire detectors and a fire extinguisher.

We make our FeWo available to our guests since 2016 and always try to make the stay as uncomplicated as possible for you. Since we like to travel ourselves, we collect many suggestions and tips during our vacations, which we incorporate. We are happy about every tip with which we can make your stay even better. We are Cologne fans ourselves and also Cologne Poll fans. If you want to know more about the area, just talk to us.

The bright and well-equipped FeWo is located in the northern part of Poll, which is directly adjacent to the district of Deutz. Therefore, it is a perfect starting point to quickly reach the Deutz train station, the exhibition halls (about 3 km), the LANXESS Arena and the city center. By streetcar you can reach the city center (Altstadt, "Hohe Straße", "Schildergasse" etc.) in about 10 minutes. The next stop is about 300 m away. Numerous shopping facilities (e.g. Aldi) and various restaurants are nearby. Also within walking distance are the TÜV Rheinland and the nationally known event location "Essigfabrik". To relax, you can take a leisurely 10-minute walk to the Rhine and the local recreation area "Poller Wiesen". In summer you will also find other restaurants (e.g. the Rhein & Wiese) with beautiful terraces. The nearest highway access is 1.5 km away and the airport 12 km. In the Kalk district, also only 3 km away, you can store in the modern shopping center "Köln-Arcaden" and explore the interactive science museum "Odysseum".
