Welcome to the “Hansezauber” holiday apartment Sunny ☀️, quiet, centrally located 2.5 room duplex city apartment on the top floor of an apartment building, 63 sqm, St.-Lorenz Süd, 900m walking distance to the Holstentor, the medieval city center and the main train station, distance by car to Travemünde beach on the Baltic Sea 20km, bicycle parking space directly at the house, shops, restaurants and a bus stop in the immediate vicinity near the Drägerwerk. Free public street parking! The apartment has a combined living and sleeping area, another bedroom under the roof, a dining room with adjoining kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove with oven, fridge-freezer), bathroom with shower and a hallway with cloakroom and stairs to the attic room (Ceiling height 160cm to 205cm see photos).
Your apartment is located in the Hanseviertel, a residential area with old buildings in the immediate vicinity of the old town island of Lübeck. This street is named after Johann Füchting, a merchant and patron of the city during the Hanseatic period.
