There is a parking space available for you directly in front of the house, and a barrier-free entrance leads you comfortably to the apartment on the ground floor. You can start your day with a delicious coffee on the spacious terrace and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment. To ensure your sleep is first-class, cozy box-spring double beds with hotel-quality bedding await you in the bedroom. Furthermore, a version with a spring core was chosen for the sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has a dining area for 6 people. Then relax in the cozy atmosphere, which is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV including NETFLIX and Internet TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favorite shows and films in the best picture quality. On the terrace and in the garden you can expect additional seating, deck chairs for relaxing and a Weber grill for cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook deliciously. The bathroom offers both a shower and a comfortable bathtub.
