Welcome! Our beautiful high ceiling apartment is on the ground floor of a three-storey Wilhelminian time residential building with Lüneburg typical clinker facade. The apartment makes a friendly, natural impression with its wooden furniture and wooden parquet. The rooms are large and bright despite being on sun-protected ground floor. In the living room, a spacious living area offers plenty of space to rest comfortably. The TV as also HDMI, display port, and VGA connectors. The large dining table is ideal for pleasant meals or happy players. All beds have cold foam mattresses, also the sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. We wash with a very subtle detergent and do not use fabric softener. In 2016, the apartment was thoroughly renovated and the kitchen newly installed. In the furnishing and renovation, we have placed great emphasis on environmental compatibility. You are welcome to use the communal garden behind the house. You can also pay without credit card. Every once in a while, our apartment is free for a few days, when we are all flown out. Then we are happy if guests want to take the opportunity to visit Lüneburg. This is not a "sterile" apartment, but our home. It is a fully equipped household. Although we do of course prepare the apartment for our guests, in some places it still has a personal character.

A special advantage of our apartment is its location: The beautiful medieval Lüneburg town center with many attractions, restaurants and shopping is only 10 minutes walk away. Bakers, supermarket (Aldi), organic market (Denns), drugstore (Budni) and pharmacy are just 300 meters away. The beautiful Kurpark with lawns for sunbathing and sporting activities, salina, café and playground can be reached in less than a kilometer with a walk through the attractive Wilhelminian time residential area. There is also the salt spa "Salü", in which, however, until 2020, only sauna and indoor swimming pool can be used due to renovation. Feldstraße is a quiet residential street. The apartment is excellently accessible by public transport. A bus stop (a few minutes drive to the central Sande Square and the train station) is around the corner. Time unlimited parking facilities are available, but scarce. Many parking spaces in this residential area are reserved for residents or (except on the weekend) short time parking (parking disc required).
