Das Haus hat ein Loft Charakter mit einer Galerie. Es ist sehr minimalistisch und hochwertig eingerichtet mit einer Inselküche die voll ausgestattet ist mit einen Weinkühler, Backofen, Dampfgarer, Kühlschrank, Herd und Geschirrspülmaschine. Fürs Wasser mit Kohlensäure , natürliches Wasser und heißes Wasser in der Küche steht das System von Quooker zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat auch ein Gas Kamin und ein privates Fitness. Die zentrale Lage vom Haus und die Nähe zur Natur bieten eine hohe Lebensqualität. Das Haus ist Ideal für Geschäftsleute, Mitarbeiter von Telekom, DHL, UN Campus usw.
Ich bin Brasilianerin und mein Ehemann ist (deutscher) Rheinländer. Ein guter mix von Fröhlichkeit und Lebensfreude. Wir sind Herzmenschen, aufgeschlossen, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir lieben die Natur und verschiedene Arten von Sport. Wir lieben es Gästen unsere schöne Stadt kennenzulernen und ihnen hilfreiche Tips zu geben. Gastfreundlichkeit liegt uns an Herz.
Bonn Kessenich ist sehr Zentral, Nähe zu Natur und hat eine fantastische Anbindung. Unsere Straße ist sehr Ruhig und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man: Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants, Eisdiele, Apotheke, Bank, usw.
