Welcome to our charming home away from home! The lovingly designed guest room offers you contemporary comfort and an inviting atmosphere. Your 10sqm "Kyōto Room" on the 1st floor offers contemporary comfort and has a shared modern bathroom, including a light-flooded rain shower, that you share with another guest room during your stay. The entire 130 square metre house exudes a friendly atmosphere, and there is also a guest WC on the ground floor. Of course, bed linen and towels are included and we take care of the final cleaning for our guests. Our room stands out with more than just space - here you will experience additional amenities. From the well thought-out room layout to the ceiling lights that create the desired ambience, we offer a room that is not only functional but also inviting. Smart thermostats ensure comfort and efficient use of resources in winter, while connected sensors further optimise energy efficiency. Our new high-quality water softening system not only improves the water quality for your enjoyment, but also makes it softer and limescale-free for showers, laundry and personal hygiene. Enjoy unlimited internet access via WLAN at no extra cost. And if you need a break from the internet and want to be offline, we have board games, card games and books available for you. The centrepiece of our accommodation is the kitchen: four induction hobs, an elegant granite worktop and a small bar table create an inviting atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen on the ground floor is connected to the living room. As we live here ourselves, the kitchen is designed more for preparing smaller dishes and breakfast for our guests. Equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and basic utensils, nothing stands in the way of a cosy cooking experience.

Since then, we’ve been sharing our lovingly designed guest rooms with travelers, while also living here ourselves, making our house a truly personal and authentic space. Traveling is our passion. We’ve explored the world and stayed in countless accommodations, each teaching us something valuable about creating memorable stays.
