This self-contained apartment is situated on the 2nd floor if you use the elevator, or the 3rd floor if you take the stairs. The apartment has been recently renovated, with almost all furniture and equipment being brand new. The kitchen is small and simple, equipped with an electric stove, microwave, and some storage space. The living room features a TV, a dining area, and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed, accommodating up to four guests. The bathroom has a nice bathtub.
Schwachhausen Heerstraße is a very safe, secure, and nice neighborhood. It's known for its peaceful atmosphere making it a great place to live. The area has a strong sense of security, with well-maintained streets and a pleasant environment where residents feel safe. The apartment is located at the back of a building directly on one of the main traffic axes. The tram stops right outside the front door, and you can reach the main train station and the city center in just a few minutes. There are restaurants, all kinds of shops, the Focke Museum, and the Bürgerpark nearby. It is also not far from the university. There are parking spaces on the street directly around the house.
