SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings growing into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in the Sauerland region. The website has been online since 2013. Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. This cozy and modernly furnished 4 to 6-person apartment is located on the outskirts of the village Elkeringhausen about 3 kilometers from the famous winter sports resort Winterberg. Elkeringhausen is an authentic half-timbered village between the hills of the Sauerland. Through the hall with cloakroom you enter the kitchen which is equipped with all modern conveniences and the dining room behind it with a spacious dining table for 6 people. A coffee filter, Senseo and Nespresso machine are available. The spacious and cozy living room with comfortable sitting area gives access to the small balcony facing southwest. The master bedroom sleeps 4 people, there is both a double bed (2x 1-person box spring) and a bunk bed and there is plenty of closet space available. The second bedroom also has a bunk bed. The modern bathroom has a washbasin, shower and toilet. The large garden around the house with lawn is free to use. There is garden furniture available. There is also the possibility to clean your MTB in the garden. Bring your own towels and kitchen linen.

This flat is an ideal starting point for getting out and about during your stay in the Sauerland. After a long day on the slopes, after a brisk walk or mountain bike ride through the hilly countryside, it is great to come home to this attractively furnished accommodation. The flat is located in a "Mehrfamilienhaus" with two other flats.
