Please note that there is no staffed reception in the house, but a janitor and a support team, which are available by phone for any difficulties and support. This is a non-smoking apartment. Penalty charges: Smoking (including electronic devices) - 300 euros. Smoke detector removed - 300 euros. Disturbing the peace - 200 euros. Violation of house rules (pets, parties, etc.) - 150 euros. Heating installed on MAX when no one is in the studio or when the windows are open - 100 euros. Entering the house with dirty work shoes (for fitters) - 100 euros. Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros. Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price. Dirty dishes left (if there is no dishwasher), food peaces left - 50 euros. Garbage left (so that garbage separation and disposal is necessary) - 50 euros. More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night.
