It is a roof apartment on the 2nd floor.Bed linen and bath towels are includet. The apartment is near by a bus station, which you can use to travel to Duisburg railway station (approx 30min by bus). From this station, you can travel quickly to Düsseldorf, Essen, Dortmund, etc. Parking spots, in front of the house are free of charge. House rest from 10 o´clock pm till 7 o`clock am. You have to lock the house door at 10 o clock pm. No smoker apartment. No permission to smoke. No Pets. Cleaning service fee included in the total nightly price.
