The autobahn A46 can be reached in 5 minutes by car, as well as the Südpark and Volksgarten on foot. 120 MBit, a fully equipped work place and high living comfort with free drinks, designed from business travellers for business travellers, complement your stay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. It has a bedroom with double bed and single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a spacious living room with two single beds, armchair, comfortable sofa bed and a complete office equipment. Of course you will receive an invoice with VAT and VAT ID for your expense report. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area. The immediate neighborhood consists of one- and two-family houses with large gardens and a lot of green. Two supermarkets and a bakery are within walking distance. It is just a 5 minute walk to the underground station, which offers direct connections to all parts of Düsseldorf. Free public parking is available in the street in front of the house, and the autobahn A46 is a 5 minutes' drive away. The subway station "Werstener Dorfstraße" is within walking distance (5 min, 600m). From there you can directly reach all important points of interest in Düsseldorf, e.g. main station, Messe / trade fair, Heinrich Heine Allee, Old Town, Königsallee, Oberkassel etc.
