Hello, Adélka is a family affair. Our Grandpa takes care of the technical stuff of the house, he is there to help the guests with any difficulty. I, Lucie, take care of the reservation and decorations of the house and my husband Honzan is an excited tourist, cross-country skier, geographer and nature lover in one person - He not only will help you plan the best route, but he will also tell you where to find interesting plants or rocks. And our little botanist Hubert might tell you about his secret mushroom picking places or reveal where you can find carnivorous plants...

We are situated in the heart of the town Horní Maršov, which is the gate to The Eastern Giant Mountains. From our house everything is just a few steps away and everyday you can choose which part of our mountains you will visit: Černá Hora, Sněžka, Velká Úpa, Pomezní Boudy, Lysečiny or our beloved Rýchory. Adélka is perfect for families or group of friends who want to enjoy moutains all year around. You have a big fully equipped kitchen and common room to enjoy your friends and family. There is also a lounge where you can chill. Bus or ski bus to the biggest ski resorts are 200 m from the house. There is a lot of walking, cycling options around Horní Maršov and if you like cold waters, you can bathe in river Úpa which is a few meters away.

When you say Krkonoše, most people imagine tons of tourists and high prices. But that is absolutely not true. Sometimes just going the opposite direction may reveal views to die for. You won´t even need much money to explore them. Even though Krkonoše aren´t as grandoise as Alps, there is many hidden gems here. You still have places to explore. Even we are still exploring the forgotten spots which we will be happy to talk to you about. Just to mention some off the beaten track - just above Horní Maršov at Rýchory you will find primaval forest which is magical all year around. Close (about 2 km) from Adélka there is Svobodský kras, place full of beautiful medows and hills and there is a Bear Cave which is very important paleontological place. You can visit Aichelburg, small castle just above Horní Maršov or you can admire our two churches. One is the oldest in Eastern Krkonoše and the other was designed by famous architect Josef Schulz who designed Czech National Theatre, National Museum and Prague´s Rudolfinum.
