We had a lovely experience over Easter weekend because of one particular hostess. I wish I had gotten her name, but she spoke 3 languages fluently, and she helped us with many unexpected requests. She was super gracious and incredibly helpful. What a gem!

The staff is really kind and breakfast is great! And they offer secure bike lockup in a room inside the hotel! City/valley view was amazing. Photos are from my room.

The breakfast was excellent and I can highly recommend.
It also included a local specialty (I think - please correct me if I'm wrong..) that is called 'Palatshinki' or similar - it is similar to french "crêpes", a kind of super-delicious, very thin pancakes. Very good!

Perfect location for a stopover, near the highway. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. Receptionist was helpful and friendly.

Ústí have a really negative reputation amongst the Czech cities. But its not all bad. Interesting architecture, where few ancient buildings like churches and similar, exists among the remembrances of the comunist and post-comunist Brutalism. You should check Castle, Masaryk ship Locks, Větruše and old Church bombarded in WW2. If you like coffee visit C´UP coffee.

I did have a surprisingly good meal after which I went bowling with colleges (same establishment, about 2m km from hotel).
However, I do not think I'd pick Usti as a destination for a holiday.

A beautiful city with wonderful views. a place where you can eat tasty Czech food and drink delicious beer. There is a nice zoo in the town and many tourist attractions nearby. Laba proves that the Czech Republic is not only Prague. In restaurants, usually when you want to eat a knuckle(Golonka), you have to order at least a day in advance.
The stay was superb. EXTREMELY friendly staff that was ready to meet every requirement. The rooms (we booked 2) were clean and well equipped, The compliment was nice (jelly bears) and at the end kids were trated with sweets.
The breakfast was tasty with a variety of delicious cheese and sausagees .
We all very impressed by the service, you don't really expect much from bed and breakfast hotel, but this one was beyond our expectations.
Definitely recommend
The hotel is situated in the center af Ústí Nad Labem - just opposite the Museum. The staff was very friendly - they also gave good advices for where to eat - and a fine map for the city. You can park below the hotel. I was very late for breakfast the first morning and the young lady very politely asked me if I wanted more before they took the food out. No hurry :-)
Very nice location just looking over Usti nad Labem. Private parking and incredibly friendly staff both in the hotel and in the Restaurant. Cable car direct down to the shopping in the coty centre. Very good breakfast included. Nice fitness centre available. We did not try the wellness and sauna, but this is also available upon request. Very good value for money.
