Our rural estate has been build 200-years ago in a very unique style called : "Broumov estates" known by its monumental character, robust and decorative execution and dominant profile. A complete square of 4 adjasent buildings gives an internal patio and a sense of privacy and safety. Located in Martinkovice 760-old village established by benedictines from the Broumov monastry and German-speaking settlers is an example of hard-working peasants surrounded by beatifull nature, fields and Broumov rocks ( called Walls ) next to Polish Lower Silesian Klodzko valley and Table Mountains within 30-minutes drive. The 2 houses of the property has been fully refurbished and equipped with modern renewable heating system offering decent and comfortable conditions for leisure, relax or active journeys, Nordic walking in near-by mountains or biking. The property is ideal for family or friendly off-sites for a week or week-end, common celebrations of New Year, Easter or Christmas or just simply to know better wnd enjoy transborder Czech and Polish beautiful landscapes, historical monuments or cultural events...
