Small family run guest house with beautiful views of the lake Lipno. Excellent place for families and larger groups and exceptional for all kinds of outdoors sports and activities. We offer seasonal unheated swimming during the summer period and sauna during winter season.

Every season has something to offer. Winter season offers a nearby skiing resort just 5 minutes drive away and is a great for beginners and youth skiers. Want to start snowboarding? Then this is the place. Summer offers great opportunities for cycling, hiking, kayaking and on windy days, even sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing in the nearby village of Cerna v Posumavi.
