In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment with free Wi-Fi offers a living room with a large corner sofa and a 55" TV with IPTV program (Lepsi TV and Youtube) and a terrace to sit on. The bedroom is equipped with 4 comfortable beds 90x200cm with 20cm high mattresses (i.e. not an uncomfortable sofa bed), the room offers, among other things, a separate lamp by each bed, 2 large TVs (50" and 55") and, for example, black-out curtains for a long and peaceful sleep For a better climate, remote-controlled 40 cm fans with night mode are installed on the wall in both rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped even for a longer stay. In addition to a kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, toaster, it also offers 8 sets of plates and cutlery, as well as over 10 types of glasses for various drinks. Leaflets with tourist information are placed in the room. There is a spacious garage (with electric connection) to park your car and store (electric) bikes, so you can easily charge your electric bike and you don't have to worry about it being stolen, for example. Ideal for a quiet multi-day stay with or without children. Not suitable for noisy parties and celebrations, due to the strict required night silence from 22:00-08:00. Some foreign guest will be asked to sent a photo of their ID's as a proof to foreign police report. Requested by the law.
