This extraordinary property, which was completely renovated in 2021, is located in a unique location at sea front. Villa del Mar offers an infinity pool, outdoor kitchen with wine cooler, two BBQ stations, outdoor showers, a spacious sunbathing area and a private! Beach. Enjoy beach life with a spectacular view on a beautiful and quiet bay. The property is offered for the first time in November 2021. Wake up to the sound of the waves to gaze at the sea without even leaving the bed, in one of the two master bedrooms providing you a stunning sea view through its glass balconies, or in one of the other bedrooms on the first floor offering a side sea view. Enjoy breakfast on your private and spacious covered terrace right next to your own infinity pool. Spend your time in your lounge or on comfortable sun loungers on your sunbathing area or private Beach. The highlight of the outdoor area of ​​Villa del Mar is a unique table. An integrated kettle barbecue enables the chef to spend time with up to 10 guests show-cooking directly at the table. The element of fire combined with a three meter long Ice Bar integrated into the center of table, gave the table its name: Fire & Ice.
Cyprus and especially the area around Mazotos offers the perfect mix of quietness, sun and relaxation. The location offers originality but also entertainment within easy reach. Water sports, mountains and most importantly clean and warm water invites to swim all year round. In January you can ski in the Troodos Mountains and swim in the sea two hours later. Agia Napa, Limassol, Nicosia and the new Larnaka Mall can all be reached in less than 45 minutes from this location. In the immediate vicinity (Mazotos) you can find small shops, bars and restaurants. The next larger village is 10 minutes away by car, here you will find everything your heart desires. From stylish to rustic restaurants and great shopping. Four bedrooms are on the first floor, one bedroom on the ground floor. All bedrooms offer king or queen size beds.
