Welcome to the White Jewel - Your Holiday Home away from Home! Finished to highest standards, private property, fully furnished and air conditioned with swimming pool (24 hour use) and very Strong Internet Connection throughout the property including pool area and verandas. Surrounded by lovely plants. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor dining and shower, private parking. 2 min drive to CTO Beach with Electronic Music Festival 2022, water sports, restaurants and supermarkets. 15 min drive to Central Larnaca, 20 min to Agia Napa. No price change with extra guests up to full occupancy! Flatscreen Smart TV with Netflix, The Villa is a two floor, 4 bedroom home. Tastefully decorated. 2 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 spacious verandas, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with direct pool access. A Spacious FULL-equipped kitchen for Cooking nights. A Spacious Outdoor area for Outdoor Dining or a relaxing glass of wine beneath the moon and the stars by the lightened pool. Dart board, chess, poker cards and a mix of different board games! The Villa is fully air conditioned (mode Heat or cool) & extra blankets. In the winter months, we do not use the Central heating but instead the air conditioning on heat mode!!!
We are looking forward to welcoming you at our Villa! We would Highly appreciate the house being left clean and orderly on your departure. Any damages caused to the property will have to be paid for in full by the guests. Please switch off Air Conditions when you exit any room or you are not at home. Please do not remove the bath towels from the Villa upon departure, otherwise they will be charged for. Please note Disclaimer: you are responsible for yours and your childrens safety during your stay! Especially in the pool area and on the verandas. If our Guests need to Check-in or Out other than the agreed times, please let us know. We will do our best to accomodate you, providing there are no other bookings on those days.
The villa is Just off the A3 highway. 15 mins drive to Larnaca. Ideal for people seeking privacy, Serene leisure or a Business Stay. Only a 2 Minute drive to the beach and local shops. Easy access to the the highway, which takes you all over this Sunny Island. 2 minutes drive to CTO Beach. 4 min drive to Cyprus Uclan University. 5 mins drive to Galu seaside venue. 20 minute drive to one of Europes favourite themed waterparks Agia Napa. Locally within Pyla village (3 min drive), you will find many Casinos, some really nice local bars and restaurants, fashion clothing stores and also 24 hour bakeries and mini-markets for your convenience. Larger Supermarkets are accessible by car/taxi. We have Outdoor BBQ, Smart Tv with Netflix, International adaptors, Portable electric pool Toy Inflator! Cleaned before and after each arrival. The Villa is a detached home, ideal for Business meetings/Seminars and Family Reunions.
