Upon entering the villa, you will find the large living and dining area. The spacious living area is comfortably furnished with a huge sofa, coffee table, and a working fireplace. For entertainment, you will find65 inches TV with up to 1000 channels in different languages. The dining area features a dining table and seating for 6. Connected to the living and dining area you will find the well-equipped kitchen with granite worktops. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Large sliding doors lead from the living and dining area out to the patio area surrounding the swimming pool and provide undisturbed sea views. Further on the ground floor, you will find a guest bathroom. Moving up onto the next floor you will find the master bedroom. This double bedroom has a luxury en-suite bathroom and a private balcony where you can enjoy the fantastic sea views. Two more bedrooms are located on the same floor. Double bedroom and twin's bedroom, each has own bathroom. The villa is air-conditioned throughout with units in each of the 3 bedrooms and a larger unit in the living area which can be used for both cooling and heating. Furthermore, are a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, beach, and bath towels, and cleaning stuff available at the villa. This villa has a FREE wireless internet connection. To the front and side of the villa, you will find off-street parking for 2 cars. To the rear of the villa, you will find the shaded and unshaded area equipped with sun beds surrounding the swimming pool. The garden table and chairs provide you with the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining. A large garden area surrounds the villa making it completely private for the guests. There is a door that leads the way down to the sea only a few meters from the villa.
