Please note that we are not renting the entire apartment but rather three private rooms separately. Two of the rooms have a shared bathroom while the third has a private bathroom though it is outside the room. If you are looking for an entirely private place or rooms with en suite bathrooms this is not the right place for you. The maximum number of guests that can stay in the apartment any given day is five. Each room is bright and airy, has a balcony, modern quiet air conditioning, a comfortable bed and two USB charging ports in one of the sockets which means guests can charge their phones or tablets just by having a USB cable. There is also a well equipped shared kitchen. The Queen Sized room is particularly privileged having a large area of 21 square metres, a large balcony with partial views to the sea, a sitting area and cable TV with 60 channels. and at about 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and sea front promenade. Within easy walking distance there are numerous amenities such as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars, banks.

I studied biochemistry in London and worked as a chemistry teacher until last summer when I retired from this job and now I manage some properties.

The apartment is part of a small block which is located in the city centre but in a quiet neighbourhood. The beautiful Finikoudes sea front promenade and beach are at an easy 8 minute walk away while within easy walking distance there are many amenities such as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars, banks, post office and the bus stops for other cities and the airport.
