Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The apartment is fully furnished with brand new furniture. There is a comfortable couch with a T.V., where you can relax, a brand new kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchenware to cook. Oven, cooker, toaster, frappe mixer, coffe machine and kettle are included. Microwave, Washing machine, iron and hair dryer are available as well. The double bedroom has a comfortable bed and a private bathroom with a shower where clean towels are provided. Feel free to use the lovely small covered veranda with two chairs, perfect to enjoy your coffee. Cloth drying rack and hanger are there to be used. Free covered parking on the premises. Is five minutes walking time from University of Nicosia, Mall of Engomi and 28th October street which many shops, restaurants and café shops will be found there.
The apartment is located five minutes walking away from the University of Nicosia, Mall of Egkomi and 28th October street which is surrounded by many restaurants, shops ,coffee shops and bakeries. Next to the building there is a mini market “Mas” and two minutes walking away from the pharmacy. Opposite of the building there is a bus station that travels around the town and also in two minutes take you to the University of Nicosia. The number of buses that pass from there are 41 and 42.
