The Exquisite Golf Villa is located opposite the Golf Club, with views of the 8th T and the Mediteranean Sea. Its owners a designer and art collector put on display an eclectic atmosphere with curated furnishing objects and artworks sourced from local and from Europe, Africa and Australia. The house it is designed to be an oasis of relaxation where a neutral chromatic pallete for the textures is mixed with vibrant blues of some of the paintings on display and on the vintage stone washed natural dyed rugs. The cabinests on the ground floor are all oak white washed veneer, while on the upper floor everything is different shades and texture of white. Natural texture fibers were used thorout the entire place. The outdoor area are covered in a patchwork of local white limestone and 6 meters deck planks. The whole outdoor area is thought to cover all functions for dining, lounging, entertaining, swimming with beatiful custom designed of solid stone objects as well designed Italian pieces. Lighting is well thought outdoor and indoor. Bedrooms have high quality matresses and the inspiration was to be furnished in a colonial spirit but as a white solution chromatically. Brand new A/C units. The bathrooms are fully marbled and custom designed to invite you to relax. The property has 4 Tv and full list of tv channels and Netflix available,Google Music device. Three of the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, while the 4th bedroom is at the ground floor. The living room --the sitting and the dining area, kitchen and 1 bathroom are located on the ground. The kitchen is fully equipped at a high standard.

The villa it is located in Adonis Village, one of the villages part of the Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort. You only need to cross the street to arrive to the awarded PGA Golf Club House. It is the most beautiful Golf resort in Cyprus with magnificent views of the sea and a manicured 18 wholes PGA approved. It has a Golf Club and restaurant and Pro Golf shop. European tournaments are taking place. Its a member and a guest golf club. It has an academy with Pro Golf teaching all levels. The Resort have other sport facilities top equipped Tennis Academy --considered the best in Cyprus with clay, fast courts organizing Tennis Europe events in all categories and with Pros as Coaches,, paddel, basketball, football pitch, horse riding. Crossing the street from the village you arrive to the Main Square, where there are restaurants, coffee shop, grocers with freshly baked pastries and fresh juices each morning. You find a beer garden where the community and tourists gather, where they celebrate and watch events outdoor. The Anoi pub and several restaurants as The Greek Taverna, Italian, Indian in the summer, Golf Club restaurant. Ice cream shop. The Spa it is a great experience. There is the gym facility. The children have access to playgrounds, mini golf and even at a daily nursery. From the villa the sea is at 700 m walking distance. Its a wild rocky beach, a place to recharge far from the buzz and noise. There are many organized beaches around only minutes by car. Paphos area worth to discover it-- hiking, by bike, by car, its green, with diverse topography beside the blue flag beaches. You can discover the villages, the culinary tastes, the wine routes. Who loves the buzz there are plenty of places to discover for all ages and tastes. Paphos it is an international city, it was also European Art capital, it has history dating BC. Cyprus is the island with sun over 300 days and the best climate in winter. Thats why the island you can visit and explore it throghout the year.
