Spa opening hours:
December - March: • Monday to Saturday: 09:00 AM - 08:00 PM • Sunday: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM April - November: Monday to Saturday: 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM Kindly note that the Indoor Pool (heated 26-28°C), Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam room are located in our Spa. Treatments may be provided outside of these hours.
Groups: When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping service is provided every three days. Additional cleaning and linen changes are available at an extra charge.
Damage Deposit Policy: Elysia Park Luxury Holiday Residences reserves the right to charge your credit/debit card up to €250.00 in the event of any excessive damage caused to the residence.
Please see below the terms and conditions for pets:
- Dogs must be less than 10kg
- The charge is 15€ per day
- A refundable deposit of 300€ in case of damages will be required at the time of check-in and will be refunded to you after the room inspection
- The rooms that accommodate dogs are Comfort 2 Bedroom Suites and Comfort 2 Bedroom Garden Residences
Deluxe Bungalow with Private Pool Deposit Policy - Please note that upon your arrival, a preauthorization of €500 will be placed on your credit card to cover any potential damages. This amount will be refunded on your departure day, following a room inspection.
