The property is an old urban bourgeois family house built in the late 19th century.The family related to this house moved to other towns and left the building to be rented out to various businesses till 2015. Time and lack of maintenance brought the decade to the premises till 2017 when the renovation works revealed the decadence but at the same time its grand beauty. We invested a lot of time and love to recreate a serene ambiance, to relax and enjoy your stay in our small enchanted town. The rooms are pleasant with high ceilings and embellished with vintage furniture and contemporary clean en-suite wet rooms. Costas is an architect with 34 years of experience and Yioula worked in the Cyprus Tourist Organisation for 30 years. In the lobby, you can find literature concerning gastronomy, wine routes, hiking trails, maps, archeological guides and plenty of other goodies to take with you at will.

Casa Mespilea is located in the old town at the end of the pedestrian zone, behind the District Commissioner's offices. During the day is a busy area and at night time is very quiet. You are at no distance from the main commercial road, the Market Place where you can shop fresh fruits, vegetables, and bakeries. The area has lots of restaurants which serve local home made food that you will enjoy. Handcraft and souvenir shops can be found easily in every corner. Bars and lounge cafe-bars offer spectacular sunset views. The public parking area is at 100M below the main terraced cafeteria served by a lift so no need to worry where to park. Bus stops are located at 50M away from the House. You are at a 3Km walking distance from the harbor and the archeological sites. The walk can take up to 30 mins or 10 mins by bus.
