Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our guest house comes with shared pool access, barbecue area and a 180 degree of undisturbed views of the Limassol City and the beautiful coast. It is only a 7 minute drive away from the city centre of Limassol and a 12 minute drive to the seafront. The highway is only 5 mins away and our location is bang in the middle of both airports Paphos (65km) and Larnaca (68km). We suggest you have a rental car to enjoy this property. -The Bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm) but can be combined to form a double bed 180x200cm upon request. -The Kitchen is newly installed and has a washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine, stove, oven, water kettle, toaster and fridge with mini freezer. -The Bathroom is spacious and comes with shower and bidet. -The Living Room comes with a huge comfy couch and tv. -The Dining Area seats 4 people and can also be used as a work space. -The Barbeque Area has outdoor furniture. - The Pool Area comes with two sunbeds. Floaties available on request. - Strictly no parties allowed. For further questions please ask.

Luxury and quiet residential area on top of a hill, with very little traffic and lots of space to park. Peaceful walks around the neighbourhood for exercising is of course a must try!
