Terra Banca is a subdivision of the city, situated west of the city centre. It is a residential and quiet neighborhood, surrounded by lots of businesses (stores, supermarket, local market, restaurants, bars). The area is famous for being the most artistic streets of Cape Verde (Rua das Artes), and also where the residence of our famous singer "Ildo Lobo" is located. Most of business in the area have local feelings, which makes it very authentic and special. Please, take a short walk from the apartment to "Rua das artes" to experience the "open sky museum" while enjoying your brekfast, lunch or dinner.
