You'll have your own private space complete with fully-equipped kitchen and remote working office space. Enjoy stunning lake views from our extensive gardens, where you can see and hear all manner of sub-tropical birds and animals including toucans, parrots, coatimundis, sloths, hummingbirds, butterflies, squirrels, iguanas and much more. Take a short walk on our very own 'Toucan Trail' that runs along a small creek at the end of the garden. Enjoy our beautiful outdoor spaces with amazing views of the lake, garden and local countryside. All our guests are welcome to use our community facilities. Take a dip in the clubhouse pool, get a workout in the gymnasium, shoot a game of pool in the clubhouse, book a massage with our therapist or simply grab a beer from the bar and watch the world go by. Whatever, we guarantee you'll be able to relax, chill-out and enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds of our piece of sub-tropical paradise. The property is located on a very large lot of over 7,500 sq m (1.5 acres). Please note there is an additional 1 bedroom studio apartment also located nearby with its own private entrance, but away from the apartment. Both properties are completely separate and private with independent access and privacy is easily maintained. You may meet other guests, however, on the parking driveway. NOTE THAT PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.

At certain times of the year, we will be available to welcome you and assist you during your stay. We will communicate this at the time of booking. We will always be available via this platform in the event of any issues or problems. There will also be appointed representatives available in our absence.

Located in the exclusive gated-community of "Vistas del Lago" (Views of the Lake) which comprises 60 private lots of luxury houses and superior villas all with panoramic views of Lake Arenal and beyond. All residents share the use of the clubhouse with its communal bar and restaurant facilities, TV and games room, pool table, piano, infinity pool, gymnasium, spa and massage services.
