Located on the peaceful and luscious side of town inside Mal Pais, enjoy serene seclusion from the busy commotion and be within close proximity to the beach while still being a short distance to centre of town. The best location you can ask for! Amazing surf spots and beaches nearby walking distance include Mar Azul and Carmen Beach as well as the famous tides pools of Mal Pais. Being close to the centre of Santa Teresa, you will have everything you need: shops, cafes, grocery, restaurants, rentals, yoga studios, medical and all services! The property is easily accessible by any vehicle and if you choose to arrive by foot you can easily walk to many amazing spots anywhere from a 5-30 minute walk.
