From January 1, 2023, the collection of 19% VAT on tourist services begins again, however, a VAT exemption can be applied to Non-residents in Colombia who comply with the provisions of Decree 297 of 2016 , demonstrating with your physical Passport that they have the valid Entry and Permanence Permit stamp: PT or valid temporary Visa with tourist Visa stamp (V), otherwise we cannot make the exemption.
