Torre de Cali Hermoso Apartamento 701 C Piso 7 has a cleaning fee of 65000, per stay.

Housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights.

Kindly be aware that we are legally required to include the IVA tax, equivalent to 19% of your total reservation fees. However, upon your arrival at the airport, you can inquire about the procedures to potentially obtain reimbursement from the government.

Please keep in mind that once you make the reservation, you will be asked to send your legal identity document, Colombian citizenship card, or passport, your address and email.

You will also be informed of the different options to make the payment, which is made directly to us. Daily cleaning of the apartment is not carried out. Only one courtesy is offered every 7 nights. There is a cost if you want cleaning. The apartments usually come with a queen size bed (1.60mx2m) and a sofa bed.

For additional people we offer the niche, or mattress on its base that slides from under the bed.

Visitors and pets are not allowed. Any additional person entering the apartments has a cost of COP $50,000 per person per night.

The entrance to the La Torre de Cali building is through the office entrance, next to the entrance to the parking basement. During office hours we receive guests in our office on the 7th floor.

Kindly be aware that when entering the Torre de Cali you will be asked at the office's front desk to be registered by staff, for this registration you will need to provide ID, a picture of you will be taken along with a digital fingerprint, this is for security reasons and it's MANDATORY.
