This spacious house, spanning 430m2, features a large air-conditioned dining room, perfect for gatherings and shared moments. With four rooms and a total of five beds, our house can comfortably accommodate up to nine people, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. The house offers internet access, two covered parking spaces with remote control openings, and a serene and pleasant environment. You access the house through a front terrace, which is perfect for relaxing. Our kitchen is fully equipped, freeing you to prepare your own meals. Our rooms revolve around a pleasant internal garden with plants that fill our house with light and color. We have air conditioning, a fan, a closet, and a Smart TV with satellite channels and internet to connect to Netflix in each of the four rooms of the house, where you also find: Chana Room: This room has an extra-large king-size bed, ideal for couples or couples with a child with whom they do not mind sharing the bed; the child would not pay any extra value (and would eventually be the tenth person). It also has a private modern bathroom for exclusive use. Petty Room: with double bed, queen type, mirror with lights for makeup and dressing table. The bathroom is modern and has an electric shower, so if you wish, you can bathe with hot water. The bathroom is external, right next to the room, and shared with the "Mote" room. Mote Room: Triple with a double bed and a single bed, ideal for friends, couples, or couples with a child. Jimmy Room: This has a double bed and an internal bathroom. Our towels and sheets are white, and we send them to the laundry before each stay. Shampoo, bar, and liquid soap are also available in the bathrooms. We are committed to making you feel at home. I'll tell you some things about myself: I'm Guajira, and what I like to do most in Riohacha is go swimming in the sea in the early morning with a group of friends. Let me know if you like this sport and want to practice it! I will be happy to introduce you to my group. I also love cycling, and I have another group I can introduce you to for this sport. I love Wayuu crafts; I have a brand called SolAzul, with which we export crafts worldwide. La Guajira is my passion. I am an electronic engineer, but I have not worked alone in it. Throughout my life, I have also been a TV presenter, model, and businesswoman. In addition to me, you can count on our co-host, Antonio Ramón, during your stay, who will always be attentive to any request, and Dina, our housekeeper, who will be in charge of making sure everything is very clean and delivering the house to you.

My neighborhood is quiet, one of the best residential neighborhoods in Riohacha, and the neighbors are very friendly. The neighborhood has a guard who walks the streets every night to ensure we live safely and peacefully. Our guests have consistently rated our location as excellent; we are ten minutes from the airport, the beach, and several chain supermarkets where you can even walk. The largest and most complete shopping center in Riohacha, Viva, is just a five-minute drive away, and you will find everything there, including a food court and a movie theater!
