Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in.
According to Shanghai’s anti-smoking regulations, smoking is not allowed in the property's indoor areas.
All guests are required to respect the following requirements when entering the hotel:
- Guests need to wear a mask and have normal body temperature. Guests should scan the "site code" or scan the "Sui Shen code" through the "Digital Sentinel" or read the ID card for registration verification.
- All personnel entering in the hotel (including check-in and staying period) must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and must not check in with the nucleic acid test record within 24 hours. Testing information (four codes) must be checked and managed; for special groups such as the elderly and children who cannot be registered by scanning the code on mobile phones, manual registration is required.
- After 5 days of centralized quarantine + 3 days of self-health observation, all personnel from abrord should hold a green code with the application code and a certificate of release from isolation.
- Guests come or traveled from medium and high risk in the first 14 days cannot check in.
- According to the government's instructions on the prevention and control of the Covid, the hotel suspends indoor swimming pool services, health spa services, business center services, lobby lounge on the 1st floor and executive lounge services on the 38th floor. We apologize for the inconvenience, the recovery time will be notified separately.
