Tradicion Austral is a cosy family-run guesthouse in Puerto Vara´s peaceful residential district. The tour desk can arrange adventure sports outings, ecotourism trips, and airport shuttles can be arranged. Hi, is the room with bathroom? and how far is from the centrer of puerto varas ?
Yes, the room has a bathroom ensuite. It's about 6 blocks to the center of town, about a 7-8 minute walk.Dijawab pada 21 November 2023

Foreign business travelers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile.

A prepayment deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you immediately after you book to reconfirm the reservation and provide deposit instructions if required.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
