Cancellation Policies:

If the reservation is canceled with more than 15 days before the check in date, the 90% of de deposit will be refund.

If the reservation is canceled with more than 7 days before check in date, the 80% of the deposit will be refund.

If the reservation is canceled with less than 7 days before check in date, there will be no refund.

Updates on confirmed reservations:

Any update in reservations with more than 15 days of anticipation to the check in date, will have no charge.

Any update in the reservation between 13 and 4 days of anticipation to the check in date, will have a surcharge of the 10% of the total.

Any update in the reservation with less than 3 days of anticipation, will have a surcharge of the 50% of the total.

Kailangang magbayad sa pamamagitan ng bangko bago ang check-in. Makikipag-ugnayan sa iyo ang accommodation pagkatapos mong mag-book para magbigay ng instructions.

Dahil sa government guidelines para mabawasan ang pagkalat ng Coronavirus (COVID-19), ang mga booking lang mula sa mga kinakailangang manggagawa/pinapahintulutang traveler ang puwedeng tanggapin ng acccommodation na ito, sa dates kung kailan umiiral ang nasabing guidelines. Dapat makapagbigay ng makatuwirang katibayan sa pagdating. Kung walang maipakitang ebidensya, maka-cancel ang booking mo sa pagdating.

Dahil sa government guidelines para mabawasan ang pagkalat ng Coronavirus (COVID-19), maaaring humingi ang accommodation na ito ng karagdagang dokumento mula sa mga guest para ma-validate ang kanilang identity, travel itinerary, at iba pang kaugnay na impormasyon, sa dates kung kailan umiiral ang nasabing guidelines.

Dahil sa Coronavirus (COVID-19), siguraduhing binu-book mo lang ang accommodation na ito alinsunod sa guidelines ng lokal na gobyerno ng destinasyon, kasama rito pero hindi limitado sa layunin ng travel, at maximum na pinapayagang laki ng grupo.

Dahil sa Coronavirus (COVID-19), mandatory ang pagsuot ng face mask sa lahat ng indoor common area.
