Property information

Very nice and bright apartment in the city center. The flat is 78 sqm on the mezzanine floor. The street is very quiet, but 100 pc in the city center. Grocery shops, bars and restaurants are around the corner. The flat has 2 bedrooms: one with a king size bed and the other one with twin beds (2 times 90x180 cm). The bathroom is very modern with bath tub, sink and toilet. The living room is bright and sunny, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is in the city center: grocery shops, restaurants and bars are around the corner. The closest tram station is Hegibachplatz, tram number 11.
