Despite we do not offer meals, at their arrival, we Welcome our guests with a proper bottle of local Wine, rice, pasta (gluten and gluten-free), pasta sauce, gluten free bread, fresh fruit and bread from the bakery. The dining table is a modern extendable table by an Italian brand. Set for raclette and fondue waits for you. If you wish to have breakfast kissed by the sun in privacy before skiing, walking or biking and watching the sunset over a glass of wine and dinner, this is the right place for you! The apartment has a new washing machine (Siemens) and dryer (Bosch) only for guests in case they need to wash clothes during their stay. The bathroom has a shower box, toilet, a hair drier, lavender shower gel, a professional KERASTASE shampoo & conditioner, single-use slippers for guests. Each guest has a big, a medium, and a small towels. The bathroom has a box shower and the HEATING SKI BOOTS installed (see picture). KINDLY NOTE:As per pictures and the facility list report, you are fully aware that, the apartment is approx 40sqm- not so big but it can host up to 4 PEOPLE. There is a sofa bed downstairs and a king size futon bed upstairs. The CEILING upstairs is 110 cm high. The apartment is new, exposed to sun. It is powered by solar panels. It is on a dead-end road away from the noise. BBQ &deck chairs to soak up the sun We have 2 FREE parking spaces in our private & quiet road for guests. The apartment is independent and stand-alone, part of a new villa chalet with garden and patio. You can avoid the noise of the condominium and enjoy the beauty of an open space location. Quit area in the mountains close to Lens village (3 min) and Crans Montana (8-10 mins) by car. Approx 10 mins walking from the forest and 20 mins walking from the romantic Etang des Miriouges. The apartment is located in a walking/hiking area (yellow signs). The area is composed by stand alone villa chalets, each one with a private garden and land. Low density housing, good for dog walking and mountain biking and 10 mins to Crans to ski.
