The apartment, located on the top floor of the Chesa Arlas building, has two bedrooms, each with TV, a bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, hob and dishwasher. The amenities also include a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a Raclette stove and a Fondue. Very bright living room, overlooking Piz Rosatch. TV with Sunrise system for channel reception and Smart app. Free Wi-Fi available in the apartment.

Neighborhood info

The property is located in via Chavallera, between St. Moritz Bad and the prestigious Suvretta area. From the garden, walking for 100 meters, you can directly reach the slope that leads to the start of the Signal cable car; the return is obviously also allowed. At 400 meters on foot the Coop of St. Moritz Bad, Veltrinerkeller restaurant, Pitz restaurant, the bakery. Walking for 600mt the lake of St. Moritz. Parking space in the garage with limited dimension, elevator, skiroom and laundry.
