L’AvantGardiste is a spacious 6 bedroom duplex (In attic) of Les Mischabels building. Building listed in the hitparade of the hundred most beautiful buildings built in Switzerland between 1960 – 1975. Crans-Montana has a lot to offer, from spring to autumn there a many outdoor activities, tracking, the golf courses and swimming or wakeboarding on the lakes. In winter season the slopes, ice ring, etc. From the apartment you will have easy access to Crans and Montana. The golf course or lake de la Moubra is only a few mins walk from the apartment, also a short walk up trough the forest to reach Montana centre or even ski down to the apartment. On the ground floor, you access the apartment on a large entrance with a lot of storage cupboards. It overlooks a large open living space that includes the modern kitchen renovated in 2022, a living room with panoramic views and pretty terrace, as well as two bedrooms, one with its bathroom, and finally a guest toilet. By taking the stairs we arrive on the landing of the floor which gives access to two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, Finally you will also have access to the master bedroom almost an additional apartment in the duplex with an office room (or additional dormitory bedroom), a bathroom adjoining the bedroom. The view from the bedroom and the office is panoramic over the Alps, the two rooms give access to the second terrace. Organization of the rooms: Depending on the number of people for the reservation we might close one or two rooms (For reservations with few people). Emma and I love to travel and after experiencing holiday homes in different location, we build our house in 2016 in the area of Montreux and we started renting Montreux Holiday Home. In 2022 we renovated a very large apartment in Crans Montana to continue the experience of hosting guests this time up the mountains. With a special focus on hosting families, we hope to see you soon in Crans-Montana or in Montreux.
Quiet area, at walking distance from the centre of Montana and 300m from the Crans-Montana stables. Free buses stop directly in front of the building, a small path allow to reach Montana centre in 10 mins walk. Lake de Moubra is only 5 mins walk too via the road or a small path in the wood. In the winter good skiers will be able to ski back down to the apartment via the path through the forest, the other option is to jump in the free buses.
