The 120 square meters apartment located on the first floor of the building has a large living room with a seating area and a dining area with windows facin the Bernina group and the valley. There's a double bedroom (beds 160*200) and a two bedroom with twin beds. There are two bathrooms one with sink, bathtub, bidet and toilet, the other with sink, shower and toilet. Kitchen with four elements cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The apartment has a parking lot in the garage directly connected to the apartment, ski room and a laundry room shared with the other 2 apartments with washing machine, tumble dryer.
