Step into your luxurious, private bedroom in peaceful North Whitby 10min driving from Highway 401! This cozy bedroom is accessed through either through front and back separate entrance depending on your reservation. Make the most of the dedicated workspace and share the spacious open-concept full kitchen, living/dining area. Delight in your fav shows on a 60” TV or take relaxing walks to parks and amenities. Perfect for travelers, students or working professionals associated with Ontario Tech, DC, Trent, OPG, Amazon, Oshawa Airport. There is a full shared bathroom with an enclosed bath tub/ shower right outside your bedroom. Required amenities you will need during your stay will be provided. You will find a clean towel in your closet basket, and necessary toiletries will be available in washroom for use! The house is enabled with Super High Speed 3Gbps Wi-Fi. Full shared Kitchen is available in basement if you want to make yourself a quick dinner. Or maybe you are feeling like getting some fresh air, there are close by parks in the neighborhood to take a stroll. Any common area as per photos are completely accessible to you. The kitchen will be ready for your use. When outside of home within the property, the noise level should be kept within reasonable level for the neighbors beside you. Quiet hours enforced from 10pm. There is an in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer ready in the basement which is only allowed for guests with reservations of 7 nights or more, permitting use once per week. The backyard does have a hot tub but it is not ready for use at this time by any guests. First floor is reserved for host personal use only. Parking: • Driveway Parking: Provided on first come first serve basis and can be accommodated if requested not guaranteed. So please kindly connect with me immediately if you require a parking space, • Street Parking: Free from mid-April to late October. Guest is responsible for street parking following all municipal protocols.

The house is located just adjacent of Oshawa Executive Airport and is only 10-minute driving distance away from Whitby/Oshawa downtown, Highway 401 exit, Oshawa Centre Mall, Whitby Mall. It is very convenient for working professionals who work in OPG Pickering, OPG Darlington, Amazon Warehouse Sort Center, Durham Municipal buildings, and students who are enrolled at Durham College, Ontario Tech University (OUIT), Trent University. If you are feeling adventurous and want to turn up the notch then experience the Town of Whitby's beautiful natural environment by walking, cycling or hiking over 60 km of local trails. Depending on your destination, local buses are easily accessible (within 3-5 min walking distance). We advise you download Google Maps on smart phone to provide accurate timing and bus numbers to plan your journey. Bus fares can be paid via cash/credit/debit/Presto cards.
