Some are VIP suites with multiple beds and private luxury look and full bathroom and some are basic room with shared bath for two rooms and a nice living room and kitchen. We strive to attract good guests with different budgets. Each room has a queen bed and bathroom as basic as well. A beautiful garden, enlighten gazebo and patio, free fast WIFI and parking in front of premise is our gift to you to enjoy. We have no shoe policy inside property. So kindly have your personal slippers with you if you want, Property is carpet based as well, Our working time stars after two PM until midnight. We open the door for confirned guests. We do not tolerate any discrimination, humiliation, aggressive verbal conversation, drugs, smoke inside this royal property to our staff or to other guests with you or without. Therefore rejection of such clients is possible. Please after sending request, contact us having your conformation number and be ready to pay. Fridays and Saturdays we are busier & due limit numbers of availability we cannot hold it if your card on file is not valid or we do not have access to charge you.Therefore, we might not be able to hold the listing for you. So we highly recommend you call us on booking time & with our consent about availability pay ahead before showing or E transfer the amount. PETS and KIDS: Pet and kids have special rates.
