All rooms will share a paid laundry at the basement. - Free wifi with high speed, reliable and uninterrupted internet connection. - Free Parking spot at the private drive way. - The shared kitchen is equipped with cooktop, microwave, a coffee maker, and cooking essentials. - Luggage drop-off is possible. Please do NOT use towels to wipe things like shoes, luggage, heavy make-ups! - Please DO NOT OPEN THE WINDOWS during Winter or Summer when the heater or air condition is on. - Quiet hours from 11pm-7am. - We provide you with text description, check list and pictures of the furniture, appliances and household items that we have in our home. If you don’t see something in our listing, we probably don’t have it (for example we don’t have TV). Please clarify with us before you decide to book to ensure we meet your expectations. - PERSONAL PROPERTY LOSS: Guests are personally responsible for personal belongings left in or about the property.
