A guesthouse for travellers on a budget. No services, no frills, just clean, friendly and low-cost accommodations.

Our character property was built in 1930 as a hotel/rooming house to accommodate the laborers building the provincial Courthouse, located behind the guesthouse. Offering several different room types, the budget private rooms with shared bathrooms are located in the original side of the guesthouse, and feature cozy rooms (9'x8' square feet) and shared bathrooms are located on every floor. A lock on the door, a double bed and a small desk are the main furnishings provided. No extras, and a budget price! In 2010, an addition was built onto the original structure, adding 4 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a 2 bedroom self-contained apartment. These modern rooms are more hotel-style accommodations featuring a queen size bed, and a television. The apartment has a gas stove, private kitchen and private entrance. The Guesthouse also features a communal kitchen where our guests can prepare their own culinary creations and take advantage of the BBQ. This helps reduce food costs while traveling, or for those guests with strict dietary requirements, allows you to prepare your own meals. We also have pay per use laundry facilities on site.

One of the nicest areas to be in Prince Rupert, this guesthouse is located within the Cow Bay Tourist District and only 5 minutes walk from the downtown core. A 2 minute walk into Cow Bay brings our guests to some of the best Sushi, micro-brewery, and cafes in town. a 2 minute walk towards downtown will bring guests to the Grocery store, Museum of BC
