In our travels we opt to stay at Bed and Breakfasts whenever possible. We love meeting new people and sharing experiences with them. It has been a long time dream for us to own a Bed and Breakfast and we are thrilled to be able to offer this type of accommodation to guests both locally and from around the world.

Property information

Built in 1906 our expansive mansion features over 6500 sf of living space and over 1000 sf of covered deck space for guest use. Centrally located and situated on the Assiniboine River this property offers the convenience to numerous dining, local pub and shopping opportunities. We are located less than 10 minutes from downtown which affords our guests convenient transit to The Forks, The Canada Life Centre and the nightlife of downtown. For guests looking for a home away from home or staycation the property offers many private spaces including a theatre and game space, a sleeping sunroom and numerous outdoor seating areas with views of the river.

Neighbourhood information

Armstrong's Point is Winnipeg's first and only heritage designated neighborhood. The neighborhood is a peninsula bordered by the Assiniboine River and runs along the winter skating trails and summer walking path to The Forks. The area allows limited car traffic and is known for it's pedestrian friendliness by offering private parks while in close proximity to numerous amenities including Health Sciences Centre, Misercordia Hospital, The Forks and tons of local dining and pub options. Situated near the downtown of Winnipeg offers easy access to the Forks, Canada Life Centre and multiple nightlife options.
