Great for longer stays! Fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, a private office, high-speed internet, locally roasted coffee, and more! One of the great features that our guests love is the double car garage that's included in your stay, we also provide 2 permits for parking on the street out front in case you have extra vehicles or family coming by to visit. Enjoy the exclusivity that our private outdoor hot tub has to offer as you sit back and unwind the day with your favorite drink in hand.

Located directly in Sunnyside this is Calgary’s village in the city, where people live, work, shop, and play. With over 250 unique shops, restaurants, and services, within walking distances, you'll never run out of spots to check out! The unit is a 10-minute walk from the Sunnyside LRT Station. Everything you need is within a short walk away. Close proximity to Calgary's biggest attractions - Bow River, Princess Island Park, Peace Bridge, Eau Claire Shopping Center, Stampede Park, Scotiabank Saddledome, Calgary Zoo, Chinatown, and Glenbow Museum. In the summer use electric scooters to zip around the downtown.
