Enjoy the style and convenience of a stay in this lovely suite in the heart of Marda Loop, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Calgary. The suite is in a beautiful new modern luxury home located just a few steps away from coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, drug store, parks and more. Nearby attractions include Marda Loop shops, restaurants and cSPACE art centre, Garrison Woods, Riverpark, Sandy Beach, North Glenmore park and Mount Royal University and 17th Avenue.
I had a management consulting practice and my husband worked as Director of Engineering, for large oil and gas companies in Calgary. We recently retired and built our dream home in Marda Loop. It's a little big for two people so we decided to share our ample space with others. We have enjoyed being guests in Airbnb homes around the world and now its our turn to host! We give our guests their space and my husband and I are available to assist if needed.
The suite is located in the trendy Marda Loop neighborhood. It’s very walkable with many restaurants and shops nearby. The location is very central, it’s a 5 minute drive to 17th Ave, 7 minute drive to downtown, 5 minutes to Mount Royal University, and less than 10 minutes to McMahon stadium or University of Calgary.
