New modern elegant and spacious house is set in a safe friendly community town of Kensington, close to all the restaurants & shops, scenic trails, and just 20 minutes away from Calgary downtown. Prime location for wedding guests, while attending a conference, or simply ultimate weekend getaway! Maximum occupancy - 8 people. The virtual tour can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the 5th property photo.
The property is located in Calgary’s village, a vibrant community of Kensington town where people actually live, work, shop, and play It is only 5 minutes from downtown where are more than 200 businesses concentrated. Shopping hotspots, gastronomy world, services, and more. If you are passionate about nature and active life, just a few blocks away you can find scenic biking and hiking trails. Our home's central location provides easy access to Calgary's exciting downtown is just 35 minutes away by walking or 20 minutes by public transport. If you feel like doing some sports Bow Valley Lawn Bowling Club is just minutes away and Urban Athlete Fitness Studio is 10 minutes away.
