Government license. This location is super close to Downtown. 15 min by bus to downtown. 8 min driving. About 5 min walking to PNE Playland. Next door is a mini grocery store with all essential things you may need. Within 5-10min, you can walk to many restaurants-Italian, French, Viet, Chinese, Bubble tea (they open till midnight), bars, Shoppers Drug Mart, Banks etc. The host do not stay in the house, so you have more freedom.
●We also provide private airport pick up service. Extra charge is required. Please let us know in advance if you need this service. ●Recommendations are welcomed but please provide in private chat. ●I am willing to help you out！
●There is a park behind the house. Nearby is Fraser River with view. Location is close to downtown, North Vancouver, PNE Playland. Easy transportation to UBC, SFU university, Richmond. ●Outside beside is bus #4 station. It comes every 5 min. It will take you to downtown within 15 min. ●Resident parking nearby.
