Heritage House Niagara (circa 1840), license # 158-2022, offers you a deluxe queen room in which to relax and unwind. The property is located in Old Town Niagara on the Lake. It is a regency cottage steeped in history and character. This house was deemed worth preserving and was moved to different locations over the years to ensure that it would not be destroyed. One of the previous locations was downtown on Picton Street. And in the 1840s, it was located near Fort George and likely occupied by British officers. Heritage House Niagara is walking distance to the town centre and water front. It is two blocks from the Pillar and Post Hotel and the Prince of Wales Hotel is at the end of the street. This property offers original character with modern amenities. There is easy onsite parking. It is the perfect starting point for all your Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara area plans whether you are interested in wineries, golf, cycling, hiking, fishing, site seeing, theatres, restaurants, the Falls, casinos or just relaxing. You will stay in a newly renovated, bright, airy guest room perfect for those who value comfort, character, convenience and privacy. The guest room includes exclusive use of the front porch, front door and entrance hallway that leads to the room. You will not be sharing those areas with other guests or the host. Inside the room you will find a queen bed with luxurious bedding, a sitting area with table and an ensuite. We provide dispensers with products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion) from Carina Organics and Neob Niagara (located in Niagara on the Lake). We also provide a Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle and mini fridge. Complementary refreshments are provided. Enjoy your stay!
I'm your host, Irene. My daughter, Christine, and I will be on site and available if you need anything. Call or text us anytime. We also respect your privacy. You need not interact with us at all, if that's your preference. Your stay will be tranquil because Heritage House Niagara only offers one guest room. Exclusive use of the front porch, front door and hallway means you’ll be the only ones relaxing on the front porch. It means you can walk through the front door and leave your shoes and hang your coats in the hallway. It'll feel as if you have the place to yourselves. We don't offer breakfast at this property and have priced this guest room accordingly. There are so many wonderful places to have breakfast or brunch in town. We do offer a coffee maker, kettle, mini fridge and complementary snacks to tide you over. I love to garden and I take pride in creating a clean, charming guest room for you to enjoy.

Historic Old Town is known for its charming houses, tree-lined streets, boutiques , spas, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops and restaurants. Bike rentals and tennis courts are within walking distance. There is a beautiful waterfront to discover. There are several golf courses to visit. Niagara-on -the-Lake Golf course is, by appointment, open to the public. You can also see a performance at one of the Shaw Festival Theatres.
